Why I do What I do
Too many mums have no roadmap or guidance on how to recover with wellness after birthing babies
Very little attention is given to wellness for women who have had babies
Too many lingering post birth symptoms are explained away as being normal
Women are left struggling to know how to make things better & left feeling fatigued and depleted, and potentially impacting future pregnancies
I realised that this was a common experience for many women. Just as I struggled with my own journey.
True post birth recovery begins with optimal wellness before pregnancy.
Many potentially modifiable risk factors that influence the outcome of the pregnancy & the mother's health, are present before pregnancy occurs.
Preventative healthcare is often given too late to make a difference to the outcome
Women's health before pregnancy is important because it not only affects the lifelong health of the mother & the trajectory of the pregnancy, but also the health of the baby, right through to adulthood
For this reason I help women before pregnancy and after, on their journeys to wellness

Purpose
"Don’t think about making women fit the world - think about making the world fit women." Gloria Steinem
With the same sentiment, the aim is not to fit the woman to the treatment, but to fit the treatment to the woman; a highly bespoke approach
Empowering women with knowledge and skills to safeguard their hormone health and optimise body biology before pregnancy and to recover with wellness after birth
